Holive Oil Is cold pressed from early harvest Barnea olives which have a high concentration of polyphenols. Clinical studies have linked high-polyphenol olive oil with protecting heart health by helping reduce blood pressure, blood sugar and high cholesterol levels. Polyphenols are also believed to slow the development of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's.

Love love this Holive extra virgin olive oil from Israel..it very smooth to the taste. Doesn't have that strong taste others olive oil I had try has but the smell is so good , you are smelling real olives . My husband love to take one tablespoon daily and I prefer to make my own salad dressing. I highly recommend this olive oil . You won't be disappointed. I also love the fact that it came fast. We are hook now to this olive oil..

First, it’s made in ISRAEL, country where olive oil has been used for more than three millennia’s not only for cooking but in many cases for highly noble purposes.
Second…the quality is second to none.
Also, it comes in a metal container, which guarantees freshness of the product and safety when accidentally tipped over.
I’ve been using olive oil for the last 40 years but never had a clue that there’s actually an oil that is not overly “greasy”, oil that smells and tastes great, oil that can be used for all kinds of cooking, as a salad dressing, with hummus and bread dipping and everything else that requires oil as part of a recipe.
I’ve been using Holive Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Israel exclusively for just about last 2 years and as long as the quality stays the same I’ll NEVER CHANGE TO ANY OTHER BRAND….NEVER !
I understand, some folks gonna read this short review and say—man, it’s just an oil…but i challenge you, check it out, put it to a test in your own kitchen and see for yourself that “not all oils are created equal” I mean—hahaha—produced equal….Yep

I travel worldwide and i collect olive oil and this is the best so far. I ordered three and gave the other one canister to my friend from Europe and he like it very much too. I recommend this olive buy.
I wanted to check the oil to see if the quality stood up to all the claims. I was very disappointed. I place the oil in my refrigerator overnight and it did not gel it did not show any signs of thickening.
I personally would never purchase again and would not recommend this oil.

Back in 2013, scientists at the UC Davis Olive Center debunked it completely. They tested oils ranging from premium extra virgin all the way to refined and non-olive varieties — and found the fridge test was useless for determining quality or even whether an oil is made from olives at all.
Whether an oil thickens or stays liquid depends on the type of fats naturally present in the oil, not whether it's real or pure.

This was my first time ordering from Holive. Don't know how people can just down a spoon full. Made some flat bread, dipped it in Holive oil. Did add garlic, rosemary and thyme. Now it taste good. I'll continue to purchase this oil. Product's from Israel makes me happy, feel closer to God and Jesus.

As an olive oil LOVER, I was so excited to try Holive (I picked olives when I lived on an Israeli kibbutz for a short time). It is better than I expected... smooth, buttery and adds a subtle earthy flavor to my dishes. It's great on veggie and salads and I use it to cook everything. I bought more for my son and expect to use this forever. FIVE stars!!!
