SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Economy, standard, and expedited shipping are available at checkout for all order sizes, with rates and estimated delivery times calculated based on your order total.

Free economy shipping is automatically applied on orders of 3 or more bottles.

Carriers We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Amazon Logistics. Some UPS and FedEx shipments may be transferred to USPS for final-mile delivery. Tracking updates will reflect any carrier handoffs.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your label is created.

Undelivered or Lost Packages If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your front door, side entrance, mailbox area, and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, please reach out via our live chat or contact form contact us at info@holylandoil.com and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please reach out via our live chat or contact form contact us at info@holylandoil.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos showing the damage and the original packaging, including the shipping label. This helps us file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. We will make it right.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Please reach out via our live chat or contact us at info@holylandoil.com immediately if you need to correct an address before your order ships.
