Sea of Galilee in the Holy Land Israel

A perfect day in the Galilee

A view of the beautiful sea of Galilee, sparkling blue after a rain filled year.  It fills the soul with joy to see so much water there after many years of very little rain. 

A flock of sheep was walking not too far from the Jordan River so we followed them for a while.

After such a great day enjoyed a simple lunch of olive oil, bread, and salted olives!
